Puthumana Heritage Home was built in 1932, presently owned by the third generation of the Puthumana Family. Mr. James Philip Puthumana is the youngest son of the family, a graduate with masters in Business Administration and also has won an Award for the Best Farmer for his extra-ordinary performance in farming.

It is the presence of serene quiet, nature friendly atmosphere along with the traditional Kerala Heritage Home that encouraged Mr. James to open their doors to people who love to explore God's own Country at its best.

Our guests can be sure to be mesmerized by our open and green plantations of Coconut, Nutmeg, Rubber, and a variety of fruits like Jackfruit, Mangosteen, Rumbuttan, etc. surrounded by 42 Acres of land located 18Km away from the Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL).
